Rye wholemeal bread in a tin - original German
Our premium whole rye bread (called "Schwarzbrot") is made from selfmade leaven and contains only natural ingredients - it doesen't need any arificial additionlas, antidegradants or preservatives! A special method of baking the bread in a tin keeps the quality until at least two years.

Our bread is made with the masters touch from a family established bakery in the northern part of Germany in their third generation!

Most of the germans are nearly addicted to real "Schwarzbrot" and would pay a lot to get the German original. Because of the specific baking process with the natural and selfmade leaven, this kind of bread actually can often only be manufactured by specialized german bakery.

The transport of fresh and therefore sensitive bread is not less difficult. But within decades, we could develope this "Schwarzbrot in a tin" without antidegradants and preservatives!

It always tastes good - for least two years! The tin protects our bread against germs, ligth and other outside influences. And the tin is an ideal packaging to transport our bread to every part of the earth.
