Faller Waldfrucht KonfitüreDen besonderen Genuss aus dem Schwarzwald gibt es schon seit 1913. Damals bot der Kolonialwarenhändler Alfred Faller seine ersten Konfitüren aus frischen Früchten an. Schnell sprach sich die Qualität des Brotaufstrichs in der Gegend herum. Was den höchstmöglichen Anspruch angeht, bekennt sich auch die dritte Generation unter Thomas Faller " schuldig im Sinne der Anklage". Durch ihren Respekt vor dem Produkt schafft es die Konfitürenmanufaktur Faller bis heute Werte wie Tradition und Originalität zu bewahren. Das der Begriff " handwerkliche Produktion" aus Überzeugung gebraucht wird und nicht der wohlklingenden Werbung entlehnt ist, wird bei der Betrachtung der Produktionschritte deutlich. Die ausgewählten Früchte werden von "Hand" sortiert. Um das Aroma und den Geschmack des Ausgangsmaterials zu erhalten, findet das Rühren der Konfitüren in kleinen Mengen von " Hand" und im offenen Kupferkessel statt. Sogar bei der Konfektionierung und Dekoration mit dem Stofftuch wird noch einmal persönlich " Hand angelegt.
